Error Log
If the data sync is completed with errors, the user receives a notification message in the system tray and is able to view the errors in the Error Log window.
Furthermore, if you configure the Plugin Host Utility to send email notifications, when an error occurs in the Plugin Host Exception Log or the IntelliTrack Plugin Processing Error Log, an email message will be sent to the recipient email address that you specify in the Plugin Host Settings window. The email will include information about the error or errors in the data sync .If the Plugin Host Utility is configured to send email notification, an email is sent The Error Log reports any record that fails and the reason for this failure (see "Plugin Host Utility Email Notifications").
Errors
For each error that occurred during processing, the following information is displayed in the Errors portion of the Error Log:
- Record Number
- Date / Time
- Plugin Name
- Error Message
Errors Details
For each error, the following information is displayed in the Error Details portion of the form:
- Batch Number
- Record Number
- Date / Time
- Plugin Name
- Error Message
Record Data
For each error record, specific information is displayed in the Record Data portion of the form.
